Zoey is modeling for a costume fitting for a new performance team called the Red Lady Group. Penelope`s is the costume fitter and is applying the red goop on Zoey for form a body cast. Little does Zoey know that Penelope is a twisted artist who wants to turn Zoey into a guppy human statue to add to her collection.
